MorganFitKC Refund & Reschedule Policy
At MorganFitKC, we’re committed to delivering science-backed coaching, personalized support, and real results. We also know life happens — schedules change, goals shift, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our policies are built to keep things fair for both you and our coaching team.
Refunds & Cancellations

Session Packages: All coaching sessions and programs are non-refundable once purchased, but they can be transferred or credited toward future services if your situation changes.

Paid-In-Full Packages: If you need to discontinue early, we’ll convert your remaining balance into MorganFitKC credit to use within 6 months — for personal, semi-private, or online coaching.

Trial Offers & Promotions: All promotional sessions (like our 3-Session $99 Experience) are final sale and must be used within 30 days.
Rescheduling & No-Shows

24-Hour Rule: Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before your appointment time without penalty.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: These are charged in full — no exceptions. This ensures we can fairly manage our coaches’ time and client waitlists.
Membership & EFT Packages

Recurring payments can be paused or canceled with a 14-day notice before your next billing date.

Any remaining sessions on file will remain valid for 30 days after cancellation.
Medical or Life Events
We understand that unexpected events happen. If you experience a medical issue, relocation, or life circumstance that prevents participation, we’ll work with you to find a fair solution — whether that’s pausing your plan, extending sessions, or converting to virtual coaching.
